All creative materials, designs, strategies, websites, graphics, and campaigns developed by Bifronyx Digital remain the intellectual property of Bifronyx Digital until full payment is received.
After final payment, clients receive ownership/license rights as agreed in the proposal. Bifronyx Digital may showcase completed work in portfolios unless restricted in writing.
- Payments must be made according to agreed milestones or invoices
- Delayed payments may pause project delivery
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
Reasonable revisions are included as mentioned in the proposal/package. Additional revisions beyond scope may incur extra charges.
Timelines depend on timely client feedback, content availability, and third-party approvals or platform delays. Bifronyx Digital is not responsible for delays caused by clients or external platforms.
We are not responsible for:
- Social media platform outages
- Ad account bans or restrictions
- Algorithm changes
- Hosting/server failures from third-party providers
Bifronyx Digital shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or revenue, business interruption, or data loss caused by third-party services.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding dues must be cleared before final delivery of assets or files.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed under the applicable laws of India.

Payment Terms
Clear, fair payment expectations for all engagements with Bifronyx Digital.
- Payments must be made in advance before the monthly cycle begins
- Delayed payments may result in campaign or service pause
Advance payments and retainers are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds, if applicable, are at management discretion.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately after client approval.
Late payments beyond 7–15 days may:
- Pause project activity
- Delay deliveries
- Attract additional late fees if agreed upon in contract
Advertising budgets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns are separate from service fees unless explicitly mentioned in the proposal.
- Payments accepted in INR or USD
- Applicable taxes/GST may be added as per Indian regulations
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after service delivery may result in legal recovery actions.
